You Are The Bottleneck On Every Quote. Let's Fix That.

You quote every LED wall by hand, then copy-paste their info into a PDF one more time. We build AV companies a quoting system plus AI tools that make the customer do the legwork, so you just review and approve. It grew BrightLink AV +$500,000 in sales in 12 months. Book a call below.

Answer 3 short steps to unlock the calendar

We only take calls with companies where the quoting system pays for itself. Two minutes of questions tells us if that is you.

Customers Do The Data Entry

A self-serve Request a Quote flow: the customer enters billing, shipping, phone and email, picks a product from your catalog or describes a custom LED wall, and it lands in your dashboard pre-filled and flagged as an inbound request. You adjust the price, apply a discount if you want, and approve.

AI Tools Qualify The Buyer First

The LED Wall Selector, the Visualizer and the LED Architect calculator ask the indoor or outdoor, viewing distance, aspect ratio and budget questions for you, then feed a pre-qualified quote request into the same system.

Engineering Drawings In Under A Second

A parametric power and network drawing generator produces the to-scale wiring drawing your CAD contractor charges roughly $50 an hour and up to 10 hours for, attached to the quote instantly, with circuits grouped to respect the 1,920 watt limit.

Watch the quoting system work

Four demos built from the real BrightLink AV screens. A customer requests a quote, the owner approves it, and the storefront tools do the spec work before anyone picks up the phone.

A customer requests a quote. The owner approves it.

Left: the 4 step Request a Quote wizard on the storefront. Right: the same request landing in the quote detail page, priced and ready for Approve Quote or Edit Quote. Example quote, illustrative pricing.

Step 1 of 13: Customer clicks Request a Quote on the ProSpectrum product page.

Where the time goes

The part of the business that lands on you

You know exactly where the deals slow down. It is you, sitting down on every quote.

01

The quotes keep coming and quoting is the bottleneck. You sit down on each one, it takes a while, and it is your time getting eaten, not a junior's.

02

Half the RFQs are time-wasters and you cannot tell which until you have already built the quote. A NASA job goes out for RFP and 30 government bodies and distributors ask you for the exact same quote. You know none of them are buying. You build all 30 anyway.

03

For every one of those, you or your team copy and paste the customer's info into a PDF by hand. Same fields, same layout, over and over. That is why you still do not use a quoting app much: copy-paste into a PDF is faster than the tools you have tried.

04

Every LED quote turns into an email chain. Indoor or outdoor. Viewing distance. Budget. Timeline, when is it needed by. The same qualifying questions on every wall, and you are the one asking them every time.

05

Customers want the engineering drawing with the quote. That means your CAD contractor at roughly $50 an hour and up to 10 hours per drawing, on the contractor's schedule, not the customer's.

06

So you stay in the loop on work that does not need you. The legwork lands on you when it should land on the customer.

What we build and what changes

Three pains. Three pieces. One quoting system.

We build AV companies a quoting system where the customer does the data entry, plus the customer-facing tools and drawing generator that qualify and educate the buyer before you get involved. Sold as one package. Built for BrightLink AV over 3 years, it drove +$500,000 in sales in the last 12 months.

Pain

You copy and paste every customer's info into a PDF, on every quote, including the 30 duplicate RFQs that will never convert.

What we built

A self-serve Request a Quote flow. The customer creates an account, enters billing, shipping, phone and email, then picks a real product from your catalog or describes a custom LED wall. On submit they become a real Shopify customer record, subscribed to your marketing, and the request lands in your dashboard badged as an inbound quote request with everything pre-filled.

What changes

You stop entering anyone's info. You open the request, adjust the description or price, give a 5% discount if you want, and press Approve Quote. Even the RFQs that never buy have handed you their full details and opted into your marketing. The legwork is theirs.

Pain

The same intake questions on every LED quote, back and forth over email.

What we built

Customer-facing tools that ask those questions for you. The LED Wall Selector walks the buyer through use case, viewing distance, indoor or outdoor and budget, then recommends a specific wall. The LED Display Calculator turns viewing distance into pixel pitch, and aspect ratio plus one known dimension into screen size. The Custom Config Builder returns cabinet count, resolution, physical size, power draw and circuits for the wall.

What changes

The customer is qualified and educated before they reach you. Every tool feeds the same quoting system, so their answers arrive as a structured quote request. You are not repeating yourself on indoor or outdoor and viewing distance anymore. On seeing the LED spec calculator, the BrightLink owner said, "This is great work. I'm super impressed. This is awesome."

Pain

Customers want the engineering drawing with the quote, and that means your CAD contractor at roughly $50 an hour and up to 10 hours per drawing.

What we built

A parametric power and network drawing generator. It computes the wiring from the wall's own specs and produces a print-ready, to-scale vector PDF: the full cabinet grid numbered by column and row, red power wiring routed serpentine and grouped into circuits that respect the 1,920 watt limit per circuit (about 27 cabinets per circuit), blue network cabling to a labeled LED controller, a legend, callouts, a notes block and a full engineering title block. The formulas were verified against two of BrightLink's own reference drawings and unit-tested to match them exactly.

What changes

The drawing that used to cost 10 hours of contractor time is attached to the quote in under a second. Deterministic, not AI image generation, so the dimensions are right. The same module powers the quote flow and the storefront tools.

The combined result at BrightLink: quoting went from a personal time-sink to a review-and-approve step, and it drove +$500,000 in sales over the last 12 months.

The Tools We Built For BrightLink AV

Real, running software on a real LED video wall company's storefront, refined over 3 years. Not slides.

LED Wall Selector

LED Wall Selector

A guided 5-question flow: use case (corporate lobby, boardroom, house of worship, retail, live event, command center, broadcast studio), viewing distance, indoor or outdoor, aspect ratio, budget. It recommends a specific wall and the answers arrive as a pre-filled quote request in your dashboard.

  • Asks the intake questions you repeat on every LED quote
  • Buyer self-identifies: dealer, distributor, installer, end user, government, education, healthcare
  • Tire-kickers screen themselves out before you spend a minute
LED Architect Calculator
Spec an LED wall in minutes

LED Architect Calculator

Viewing distance and application type in, a full engineering spec out. On seeing it live, the BrightLink AV owner said, "This is great work. I'm super impressed. This is awesome."

  • Recommended pixel pitch for the viewing distance
  • Exact cabinet count and cabinet dimensions in inches and millimeters
  • Average and max power draw, heat load, structural weight, mount height
  • Ballpark price, then a one-click detailed quote request
Screen Size Calculator
Storefront tool

Screen Size Calculator

The customer picks an aspect ratio (16:9, 21:9, 24:9, 32:9 or a named resolution) and enters any one known dimension. The tool computes the rest and ties the size to a real product listing.

  • Diagonal, width or height, whichever the customer knows
  • Every size maps to a listing your customer can quote
Project Cost Estimator
Storefront tool

Project Cost Estimator

Three package tiers (under $50,000, $50,000 to $100,000, over $100,000) with what each includes and a Request Quote button on each. The customer self-selects a budget tier before anyone at your company gets involved.

  • Budget qualification happens on the page, not on a call
  • Every request lands in the quoting system pre-tagged with the tier
Power And Network Drawing Generator
Engineering

Power And Network Drawing Generator

A parametric generator that produces the to-scale power and network wiring drawing for any wall size in under a second. Shown here: one of the two BrightLink reference drawings the generator was verified to reproduce exactly. Your CAD contractor charges roughly $50 an hour and up to 10 hours for this drawing.

  • Cabinet grid numbered by column and row
  • Red power wiring serpentine-routed into circuits that respect the 1,920 watt limit (about 27 cabinets per circuit)
  • Blue network cabling to a labeled LED controller, one port per data cable
  • Legend, callouts, notes block and a full engineering title block
  • Deterministic vector PDF, not AI image generation, so dimensions are correct
The Quoting Dashboard
9 modules, 1,437 commits

The Quoting Dashboard

The system behind the tools: every quote request lands here pre-filled. You review the product and price, apply a fixed or percentage discount, generate the customer PDF and approve. Approved quotes convert to a payable Shopify draft order with an emailed payment link.

  • Quotes, analytics, customers, product builder, spaces, warranty manager, voice composer, settings, wall drawing
  • Every requester becomes a real Shopify customer record, auto-subscribed to your marketing
  • Sales analytics: revenue, quote volume, pipeline status, top products and salespeople
